It's cheaper than treating the chronic conditions of old age and paying out state pensions rather than collecting employment tax, too, so everyone will get it (unless you live in the US).
What's your point. Oooooh... they're rich and have the money most people wished they had to do this. And... yeah. If I could pay money to find a way to live to be 500 I'd probably work harder.:) In fact, this might be a better way to drive the economy and human achievements. It's the ultimate reward for hard work. As long as they let you save enough to retire for a periodic 20 or 30 year retirement till you're bored enough to work again.
