That isn't really surprising. The guy spends most of his time napping in the basement and exploding on the toilet. Therefore, by the logic of the article he's at a lower risk of developing dementia than everyone else. That leaves us with having to explain what the fuck happened considering he can't even remember the dumbass arguments he made in his 120 years in the Senate.
