Tesla, Space X and Boring Company really all were big pipe dream companies where attempts in the past created vaporware or got out maneuvered by the more traditional company.
Musk for the most part seems to help drive these companies to actual tangible products that have been and are being used.

I've never owned an Apple product but I can tell you that when Jobs rejoined the company they were in trouble. When he died they were one of the biggest companies in the world. Also as I recall he is the one who talked Wozniak into designing the Apple 1 and going all in on the company giving up their day jobs AND hired the first CEO who knew how to build a company. So yeah Jobs helped a great deal in creating Apple. He needed Wozniak but the opposite is true as well.

Yes and jobs did all the work, Beats me why they employeed thousands of engineers. We wouldnt want to pretend that one person takes all the glory would we ?

Apple did alright with Jobs, who wasn't much into technical things.
While Wozniak was the technical brains in the early Apple, Jobs did have the ability to understand it. He then could choose and push development between competing concepts. He also could recognize fashion trends and push the technical people into developing for them. Choosing the right designers for the appearance of the finished product and names for them have really helped push Apple to where it is and that is all Jobs for bringing those ideas in.
He also seems to have a knack for getting up to speed quickly on topics he doesn't know a lot about. Most of us would either assume it's too much work to become knowledgable on technical topics, or we just Google around to get the answer we need without real understanding, but he is not afraid to work through the basics.
