Pretty much, just because Florida refuses to grant vaccination passports doesn't stop rest of the world from demanding to see one. Florida is shooting it's people in the foot with that one.
Do note that keeping track of medical records is a risk of violating HIPAA. This transfers that risk to private businesses. Any identifying piece, credit card transactions, security cameras now are effectively carrying the record that you have or have not been vaccinated.
And for what? Either people are vaccinated or theyâ(TM)ll get sick. As long as you are vaccinated what are you worried about others?
