Lisandro writes "Daily Tech reports that a research group at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee has discovered a new unique class of superconductors which seem to be almost completely immune to magnetism. Possible applications of the new tech include ultra-efficient superconducting motors and power transmission lines."
