Three aspects had been ignored largely by the media every time manned missions to Mars had been discussed.
1. There can be no human presence before the question of indigenous life had been settled. If there had been life on Mars, it is dormant even today. Polluting a planet with terrestrial germs via human activity would be an irresponsible act.
