Now he is launching a mobile ads business, arguing that in Russia, the market is split between Google and Yandex — and the light-touch on privacy means he can score with better targeted ads. Is that a privacy breach? "I would rather see adverts for BMW or Rolls Royce than female hygiene products in my browser!""
