darthcamaro writes "Rumor of Mono's demise at the hands of Novell's new ownership may have been mis-stated. Though Attachmate has laid off the U.S. development team for Mono (and Miguel de Icaza has a new mono startup), Attachmate's SUSE Linux executives say they are still committed to Mono.
"Mono is part of the SUSE Linux business," Nils Brauckmann as president and general manager of the new SUSE Linux business at Attachmate said.
