First time accepted submitter Maxime Perrotin writes "Following the successful past two editions of SOCIS, the European Space Agency is pleased to announce the launch of the 2013 edition of its Summer of Code in Space. The project is now open for mentoring organizations to submit project proposals until the 20th of June.
